"It was a real let down, this show. Barry seemed like he never got going, barely going through the motions to get thru some songs - the strangest Barry Manilow concert I've ever seen. Her voice still seemed to be there during the few times she called upon it to hit some higher notes or use a little vocal strenghth, even had a background singer perform an entire song while Barry took her spot with the background singers. Letting her band and background singers play for extended amount of time. She kept claiming she was freezing and had never been so cold during a warm Southern California evening? I think she must have been sick, though she never admitted it. Still love you Barry, those times were very few and far between. Hope you feel better and return the LA are sometime soon."
